Please review our refund policy below, which applies to all products and services purchased directly from Enersol Biopower Pvt Ltd through our official website or authorized representatives.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are only applicable to products purchased directly from Enersol Biopower Pvt Ltd.
- Custom-built or specially ordered equipment is generally non-refundable unless found to be defective or not as described.
- To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for a refund.
- Consumables, spare parts, and any items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” are excluded from refunds.
3. Return Process
- To initiate a return and request a refund, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order, providing your order number, details of the product, and the reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the product.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is due to an error on our part.
4. Inspection and Approval
- Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected for eligibility.
- If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- If the product is found ineligible for a refund, we will notify you and arrange for the product to be returned to you at your expense.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
- We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate at no additional cost to you.
